Kerio Technologies strengthens its Cloud offering with acquisition of long-time partner GetSync'd

San Jose, Calif, November 25, 2015 – Today Kerio Technologies announced it has acquired GetSync'd, a long-time Kerio reseller specializing in Cloud hosting solutions for small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs). Under the terms of the deal, founders Kevin Davy and Scott Bowen join Kerio and transfer ownership of all assets and customer responsibility to the company.

GetSync’d, who have been a Kerio partner for over eight years, provide hosted business communication solutions using Kerio Connect and Kerio Operator. They have also developed an infrastructure around Kerio products for billing, provisioning and integration with other platforms. The acquisition comes as Kerio continues to build its position as the leading provider of Cloud and on-premises unified communications and security solutions for SMBs worldwide.
