Nexus, Droid, Pre, Pixi join the roster of smartphone options in Kerio Connect 7 RC1

Version 7 of Kerio Connect (previously known as Kerio MailServer) adds support for new smartphones. The new Nexus and Droid phones featuring the Android operating system are extremely powerful new devices, and feature support for the Exchange ActiveSync protocol. This means contacts and calendars can be wirelessly synchronized with Kerio Connect 7.

Palm has introduced several new powerful smartphones based on webOS such as Palm Pixi and Palm Pre, which also features Exchange ActiveSync support that is now supported by Kerio Connect 7. Support for these new devices adds to the existing range of smartphones, including iPhone, Nokia E/N series, any Windows Mobile 5 or 6 device, Palm OS based phones and most BlackBerry devices running AstraSync or NotifySync.
