Houston-based IT Consultancy Reaches Highest Kerio Partner Level with its Service to SMBs

SAN JOSE, Calif., July 13, 2011 - Kerio Technologies, Inc. today announced that Envision Design LLC, a leading provider of consulting and training services for businesses using Apple technologies in the Houston area, has attained Kerio Preferred Partner status. As a value-added reseller of Kerio's messaging, security and collaboration platforms for three years, the company has demonstrated continuous sales growth and advancement within Kerio's Business Partner Program.

In addition to comprehensive protection against viruses, spyware and other malware, Kerio Control gave the company a robust intrusion detection and prevention system and the ability to monitor network activity through reporting.

In addition, Blue Ocean deployed a second Kerio Control firewall at a remote office in order to set-up a secure VPN (virtual private network) between offices. The VPN, which is a standard feature of Kerio Control, provides fast and secure remote access to the network by consolidating IT infrastructure into a single network using unlimited VPN tunnels.
