San Jose, CA, February 21, 2012 - Kerio Technologies announced today that for the fourth consecutive year, Mirek Kren has been named one of CRN's 2012 Channel Chiefs. This prestigious list of the most influential and powerful leaders in the IT channel recognizes those executives directly responsible for driving channel sales and growth within their organization, while evangelizing and defending the importance of the channel throughout the entire IT Industry.
In the past year, Kerio launched a SaaS program to provide a new revenue stream for partners by giving them the ability to host the Kerio Connect, a platform agnostic messaging server, and Kerio Workspace, a collaboration and sharing tool, on their servers while offering a monthly subscription pricing model. Under Kren, Kerio also deployed a new partner relationship management tool (PRM) and introduced a rebranded partner portal to improve the way the company communicates with its channel and passes sales leads to appropriate partners.
For the tenth consecutive year, Channel Chiefs were selected by the CRN editorial team based on channel experience, program innovations, channel-driven revenue, and public support for the importance of IT Channel Sales.
