PC and MacHelp Centers Named a Preferred Partner by Kerio Technologies
North Carolina IT Services Provider Reaches Highest Kerio Partner Level with its Service to SMBs
SAN JOSE, Calif., June 14, 2011 - Kerio Technologies, Inc. today announced that PC and MacHelp Centers (PCMHC), a leading provider of IT services to small businesses in the Southeast, has attained Kerio Preferred Partner status. As a value-added reseller of Kerio's messaging, security and collaboration platforms for eight years, the company has demonstrated continuous sales growth and advancement within Kerio's Business Partner Program.
With three offices in North Carolina (Charlotte, Greensboro and Raleigh), PCMHC has provided a full range of IT services to SMBs and enterprise companies in the Southeast region since 1989. Although a member of the Apple Consultants network, PCMHC is a cross-platform specialist, helping clients fully integrate both Macs and PCs into their IT infrastructure.
"We have extensive experience in PC, Mac and hybrid environments, and we specialize in helping clients migrate, consolidate, or integrate all of their IT hardware to fully optimize performance," said John Gillespie, president, PCMHC. "With the Kerio Connect collaboration and messaging server, we are able to offer an email, scheduling and contact management solution that lets individual employees use the computer, email program and smartphone of their choice."
Recently, PCMHC began working with St. Mark's Church in Burlington, NC and migrated the ministry's 40 employees from an aging Microsoft Exchange server to Kerio Connect. The church was pleased with the price point of Kerio Connect compared to Exchange, as well as the robust anti-spam and anti-virus capabilities built into the mail server. St Mark's has a diverse IT environment with its 40 users connecting via iPhone, iPad, Android, and BlackBerry. Kerio Connect has enabled each of them complete access to their email and calendars.
"We believe that our Partners' success translates into our success, and this mutually beneficial culture drives our partnership program," said Mirek Kren, vice president, worldwide sales. "PCMHC is a welcome addition, as they are dedicated to providing customized implementations of Kerio Connect to customers for a simple, stable and secure messaging solution."
The Kerio Partner Program is designed for IT resellers, consultants and MSPs that are dedicated to selling and supporting solutions targeted to SMBs. The program offers comprehensive benefits such as on-line and in-person training programs, complimentary NFR licenses, no-cost certifications, and priority technical support. In addition, Kerio's secure partner portal offers on-line orders, license and renewal management tools, an assortment of sales and marketing tools and other online resources. Kerio recently launched a new global partner locator with improved partner search capabilities that drives qualified leads to its Certified and Preferred partners. The company's communication, collaboration and security solutions are offered exclusively via channel partners.
